• You are the proper assigned person to post property listing for the said property
• You post complete information and details including contact data pertaining to the said property
• Properties not posted by authorized persons or posted and left incomplete will be deleted after fair period

Please be aware the Jersey Shore Rentals will not accept any inappropriate language, pictures, videos or scams to be listed on this website. Any subject matter that is deemed to be misleading or cannot be verified will be removed and the user will be blocked. Any REAL owner will see this is beneficial to the entire community. If you do not have proper authorization to list a property and you do, the property may be removed if the properly authorized person calls to complain, or information in your listing is unverifiable.

All data contained within your listing is your full responsibility including pictures, video and text contents. If you provide false or misleading information in any advertising materials, including this website, you will be subject to criminal statutes should the respective victim pursue legal restitution. This includes, but is not limited to; putting photos in your listing other than your specified property, adding video of properties other than your advertised property, including false or misleading text that would asume the renter receive something other than what you are really offering.
